French TWIST

Our newest challenge yet... To add a new fun twist to a French delicacy - the Croquembouche.

The Croquembouche, literally translates to a "crunch in the mouth". It is a traditional French cake often served at weddings and other important celebrations and is a tree of profiteroles, cream puffs, or macarons.

So we made a tree of Cakeballs! We've already got orders for more so check back soon to see what the next ones look like!

Want to see the FIRST EVER Cakeballs Croquembouche ?!

Well we are dying to show off our newest creation. So here it is:

These were Red Velvet Cakeballs dipped in milk chocolate, covered with purple fondant flowers and sprinkled with powdered sugar! It was a HUGE hit!

We snapped a few pictures of our Cakeball Croquembouche before adding the final powdered sugar touch.

This was for a birthday celebration. We hope the birthday girl LOVED it as much as we did!!

Want to give us a new challenge? We dare you! Ok not really but we would LOVE to give it a shot! We really do love trying new things!!
